Over the past 6 years, ImMODO has developed, arranged and structured more than €400 million in financing for more than 65 MW of solar projects with __ MW under construction in 2011.

ImMODO Solar is very familiar with all forms of financing renewable and energy efficiency projects and was one of the early innovators and leaders in establishing the "Spanish syndicate model" for financing solar farms. ImMODO's investor network has made multiple investments into ImMODO projects and this network comprises more than 150 active private equity investors, investor syndicates, institutional investors and project finance banks which are among the world's largest and most experienced in solar and wind such as BBVA, Santander, Caja Madrid, GE Capital and Deutsch Bank. Along with extensive experience with European investor/project finance scenarios, imMODO Solar is very familiar with leveraging tax equity, monetizing tax credits and accelerated depreciation, Power Purchase Agreements along with carbon finance.

Investment Options

1.- Investment in exploitation plants located in Spain

ImMODO is managing the exploitation, operation and maintenance of 51 MW at photovoltaic plants of different sizes and locations, managing more than 250 photovoltaic investment companies with more than 150 individual investors. These plants are producing return above 10%, reaching in some cases 16%.

There would be opportunities to buy any of these assets either by divesting the owner, either by interest in the sale at an agreed price.

2.- Investment in developing photovoltaic projects in Spain

Currently there are several PV projects integrated in buildings and rooftop (industrial, commercial, residential, etc.). Because of their size or characteristics, ImMODO offers the possibility of co-investment in terms of guaranteed return to investors.

3.- Investing in developing photovoltaic projects at development in Latin America

PV developments in Latin America are one of the strengths of ImMODO today. The photovoltaic plants located in the Atacama Desert, Chile, providing the highest solar radiation in the world. Chile is a nation economically stable, safe and legally consistent with the highest growth in Latin America.

Through Araucaria Solar Services Chile, S.A. ( www.araucariasolar.com ) Group venture, today we have several plants from 1 to 3 MW in the Atacama Desert, in which foreign investors may participate on very favorable safety financial and profitability.

4.- Investment in developing solar projects in the U.S.

Solar ImMODO set up an office in Tucson (Arizona) in 2010, from which is managing the development of photovoltaic plants in California and Arizona. The PV business in the U.S. represents about investment conditions in a safe country, prosperous and with full guarantees. ImMODO offers the possibility of integration in the development of photovoltaic plants in the U.S. to investors who choose this country to channel their funds.
