Shareholders

The controlling interest of ImMODO Group in Spain and its affiliated business units resides with two main investors, who are own 100% of the share holdings. As such ImMODO Group holds the majority ownership of each of its affiliated business units.

Companies are very dispersed PV due to the fragmented structure that established the old Spanish law.

The new corporations abroad have been structured sharing participation with industry Groups, managers or companies which bring added value to the business, in fact, much of the Group's actions outside of Spain are developed under the joint venture form.

Collaborators / Partners

ImMODO's approach in relation to the business develops; it goes through managing the participation of its collaborators as if they were partners, so that the interests of both are common.

ImMODO considers that the acquisition of profit in a business always passes by obtaining all participants the same benefit as their proportionate share.
